These terms govern your access to and use of ChamberLedger. By creating an account you agree to them on behalf of your organization.

Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under it. You must provide accurate information and keep it current.

Acceptable use

Use the platform lawfully and only for your organization's legitimate operations. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, access data you are not authorized to, or misuse other members' information.

Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You can cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Your content

You retain ownership of the data you put into ChamberLedger. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and operate the service on your behalf.

Availability & changes

We work to keep the service available and secure, but provide it on an "as is" basis. We may update these terms; we will notify you of material changes.
