ChamberLedger("we," "us") provides software for member organizations. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it when you use chamberledger.com and the ChamberLedger platform.

Information we collect

We collect the account information you provide (name, email, organization) and the data you enter into the platform — members, events, financial records, and related content. We also collect basic usage and device information to operate and secure the service.

How we use it

We use your information to provide the service, secure your account, process payments, communicate with you, and improve the product. We do not sell your data.

Data security

Your data is stored in enterprise Postgres with row-level security, encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is restricted by role, and each organization's records are isolated from every other.

Your data, your control

You can export your organization's data at any time and request deletion of your account. We retain data only as long as needed to provide the service or meet legal obligations.
